This is the simulator that my group has been developing and using to experiment with resource management for large parallel systems.
I am still cleaning up the code and working on the documentation, but wanted to get this up so that others can use it. (New philosophy: Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good...)
Please let me know if you have any comments on the simulator. I'm particularly interested in hearing from other users and incorporating your improvements.
