The paper doesn't have an abstract. This is the condensed version of an interview with Monica McGill talking about her experience as a "prominent propagator", i.e. person able to get their educational materials/ideas into broader use. (In her case, we talked about founding csedresearch.org and growing it into a major resource for CS Education research.) It is part of a series of such interviews.
