Jeremy stopped in [at the nurse's office[ the day he found out he was
leaving Wayland. I asked him if he would be OK and he assured me
he would, though I sensed a loss. I gave him a hug and some
encouragement. Jeremy had the most beautiful eyes and even in his teen years a gentle, thoughtful heart. I pray his spirit is soaring, free from harm's way forever. Kathy Kayon (nurse at Wayland Academy) |
