In
seventh grade, my family and I were in Galesburg for the first
time. We were at a party at the Knox President's house when David
saw me. Out of pity, he took me to his house, where I spent the
evening with Jeremy. We played video games and basketball and had
a really good time. He was the first person my age that I met,
and my first friend in Galesburg. We hadn't seen much of each
other the last few years, but I really miss him. I'm so
sorry. David, thanks for introducing me to such a great young
man; he was truly a friend. Mike Axtell |
